2.You are not brushing your teeth long enough. You can use a timer. Brush one side of your teeth for 2 minutes just to give ample time for fluoride to react to your teeth. This is the time recommended according to dentists. It is not about just hitting every tooth.

3.Try not to rinse it with water. You are taking half of the fluoride out of your mouth even if you brush for two minutes if you spit it out and gargle it with water. You need to leave the fluoride in there. Rinsing your mouth after brushing is possible if you use a mouthwash. The fluoride will now stay inside your mouth even after you use a mouthwash. Remember not to use water after your brush. It will be easier if you can get use to the feeling. 4.Do not store your toothbrush in the bathroom. Everyone is probably guilty of this one. We do it because of convenience. The problem, according to research studies, more than half of the toothbrushes stored in the bathroom have feces on them. It is humid in there and higher percentage it’s going to get wet. It is advised that storing it outside of the bathroom is safer. Put it near a night stand, et cetera. 5.Floss always. How do you start to floss? The hardest part is creating a habit to start flossing. A tip from dentists, just floss one tooth. Once you start flossing, it will certainly take place for the rest of your teeth. 6.Brush your tongue. Your tongue is important in your brushing routine. Get a toothbrush. Most toothbrushes have tongue scrapers that you can use. After 2 minutes of brushing your teeth, do not forget to brush your tongue too. It is imperative that you clean your tongue regularly. 7.Do not use a hard tooth brush. Go with soft. It is a center of debate amongst dentists. You are trying to get off some of the meat or food that gotten stuck in and around your teeth. Shining your teeth is not the objective here. This is not the aim of the toothbrush. Your gums will be damaged if you are going to use those medium and hard toothbrushes. It is important to take care of your teeth. Caring for your teeth might be the wisest step you ever made today.
